Actually I recently ordered personal correspondence cards with custom engraved nameplate at great expense to me. I was very disappointed to see that the paper they used for my order was actually much lighter wight (read: cheaper) than the one that I was shown in the store. In addition the ink that was utilized was not the same. When i confronted them with the issue they recognized that indeed they had changed paper supplier and that their new supplier did not match the display paper in term of weight and quality, but they could no longer do anything since the order was now printed and shipped. In other words, I felt completely defrauded and I recommend people to use another printer, there are many in Italy that are better.
